Focus: Triceps

Kickbacks - 2 sets (10 reps) with 10lb and 2 sets (10 reps) with 12lb
Dumbbell Tricep Extentions - 2 sets (10 reps) with 10lb and 2 sets (10 reps) with 12lb
Barbell Tricep Extentions - 2 sets (6 reps) with 20lb and 2 sets (6 reps) with 25lb

Hammer Curls - 2 sets (10 reps) with 10lb and 2 sets (10 reps) with 12lb

Combined with stretching, balancing and abs.
